Loreto, Baja California Sur Mexico Media Trip

Loreto is an outdoor paradise. It is famous for diving, snorkeling and whale watching. Kayaking, golfing and hiking are other very popular outdoor activities. Although, it’s fishing that is the heart of Loreto.
While famous oceanographer, Jacques Cousteau’s said it was his favorite place in the world and coined it the “The Aquarium of the World” because of it’s amazing sea life, it remains a hidden gem to many people including those of us in Southern California! In fact, Loreto’s official slogan is “300 Years Old and Still Undiscovered”.

Volaris Airlines
This media trip was organized by Volaris Airlines and was created to celebrate the new route from Tijuana to Loreto. Volaris is my new favorite airline for travel to Mexico. They are an ultra-low cost airline that operates in Mexico, the United States and Central America. Volaris is the second-largest airline in Mexico and currently serves 196 routes from 67 airports. They offer discount flights from the US to cities in Mexico, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.
